WATTS Costumes will post your web banner on our Partners Page(coming soon) in exchange for a reciprocal web banner on your web site providing you are not another costume rental company or have any association with pornography or "Hate Sites" of any kind. A reciprocal Link and Banner Image is required. All requests are subject to approval.
