RENTAL POLICY
We do rentals only, No Sales. Custom mascots are made through our company and JBW Studios. Either phone us or go to the JBW Studios web site.
We prefer that orders be placed by phone or in person. We do not ship outside Canada.
On placement of an order we require the following: photo I.D. in the form of drivers license or B.C. I.D., a security deposit in the form of VISA, M.C. , direct debit or cash. With the security deposit the Renter is authorizing Watts to use the deposit to pay for loss, damage or cancellation.
- A cancellation fee of 30% of the rental price will be charged on any order cancelled within 24 hours.
- The full rental rate will be charged if the costume is not picked up or canceled day of.
- Renter will be charged for damage
and/or lost items as deemed reasonable by Watts.

$10.00 minimum rental fee.

than a 24 hr. period.
- Out-of-Town Orders
When placing an order we require a photocopy of a credit card (VISA or M.C.) and drivers license. All shipments are sent at Renter's expense and returned at their expense. Rental cost is taken prior to shipment unless otherwise established.
- Costume Care
All costumes must be returned on date specified on invoice. A late fee of 50% of the rental price will be charged for each day after the stated return date.
Costumes must be returned on hanger and in the bags provided. Please do not clean the costumes, we prefer to do it ourselves. Renter may be responsible for excessive soil or stains.
In the event of loss or non-return, Renter agrees to pay the replacement value of costumes. By law, failure to return rented merchandise is a Criminal Offense. Offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. All merchandise remains the property of Watts Costumes while in possession of the Renter.
PLEASE NOTE: WATTS COSTUMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RENTALS ON COSTUMES BASED ON POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS THAT MAY PLACE THE COSTUME(S) AT RISK OF DAMAGE OR LOSS.
- Ordering by Phone
For all concerned it is best to order at least 2 weeks in advance. If it is a large production, please let us have the information at least 3 weeks in advance.
We have been very successful in providing costumes to our customers without them being seen and for this we require the following: In order to ensure fit, measurements must be taken by TAPE MEASURE (preferably in inches).
Men: chest, waist, inseam or outseam, sleeve length, height and weight.
Women: bust, waist, length from waist to floor, height and weight(hips, if costume is close fitting).
Halloween
It is best to book your costume early as it is a zoo around here the latter part of October. We do not ship out-of-town at this time. Full rental payment must be made by the second Saturday in October. Prior to that time there will be a $15.00 cancellation charge. You may cancel after that but no monies will be refunded.
